This week we moved to the UAE, where our founders have participated in several important industry events at once.
The Weld Money co-founder Iryna Lorens continued to promote the Ukrainian project and strengthen Weld’s image. We had a great chance to make new acquaintances and reached agreements on future joint projects with key industry players.

Gulf Blockchain Week Forum
The Gulf Blockchain Week Forum, arranged by exChange Group, Evolution Group, and EcoX Dubai companies, took place October 8–15 at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai.
The week-long event included the CoinAgenda conference in Dubai, dedicated to the Middle East and Africa, as well as more than 10 various scaled events demonstrating the vast opportunities that blockchain technology opens for the Persian Gulf region. The summit headliners were TRON CEO Justin Sun, Hedera Hashgraph founder Mance Harmon, Linux Foundation executive director Brian Behlendorf, and Andrew’s International Publishing president Steve Chen.
WOW (World of Web 3)
The WOW (World of Web 3) summit joined together global NFT & DeFi leaders with international companies reps, officials, investors, and developers. The event brought together a wide range of industry reps to discuss the impact of blockchain and related technologies on the financial sector. Its headliners were PwC partner Henri Arslanian, CEO of Bittrex Global Stephen Stonberg, and well-known crypto analyst Tone Vays.
GCC’s Biggest Blockchain Event
On October 14–15, GCC’s Biggest Blockchain Event gathered more than 600 delegates, 60 investors & speakers from more than 60 countries around the world. It was a great opportunity to meet the Dubai Blockchain Center CEO Marzan Alzaruni.
